Shipping Policy

Welcome to Spalina Skincare. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Some products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain states or territories.

4. International Shipping

We do NOT ship to any international addresses.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable).

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

8. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Incorrect customer information
